About the Role:

The Clinical Services Director will oversee and optimize the telecare clinic and brick-and-mortar clinics, ensuring the highest quality of care possible for all patients served.  They will report to the VP of Clinics and work across the Chicagoland area.

Responsibilities Include:

General Responsibilities

·       Strategic planning and coordination of patient services in the telecare clinic as well as brick and mortar clinics

·       Develop and implement plans for achieving forecasted goals and strategic initiatives

·       Enhance operating models and business processes to maximize operational effectiveness

·       Oversee department operations and performance monitoring

·       Develop and oversee training for new team members

·       Roll out new programs and services as directed by executive leadership 

·       Communicate clearly with executive leadership

·       Actively demonstrate the organization’s core values, making management decisions consistent with those values and the mission

·       Adhere to all policies and procedures as applicable

·       Attend mandatory staff meetings 

·       Perform additional duties as requested 

 Personnel Responsibilities

·       Provide leadership, supervision, and guidance to the Telecare Director and Nurse Managers in order to facilitate a team atmosphere, setting clear guidelines for staff interactions with fellow staff members and with patients

·       When needed, personnel issues will be addressed to promote a productive and supportive work environment 

·       Act as liaison between executive leadership and clinical services department 

·       Along with executive leadership, interview and hire new staff

·       Oversee orientation and training of all clinical team members

·       Perform yearly reviews with direct reports, ensuring they are holding reviews for their staff

·       Equip team members to articulate the organization’s mission as well as identify and celebrate the organization’s core values whenever they are demonstrated

·       Lead team in engagement with personal and team performance metrics, seeking growth through continuous improvement, reassessment, and celebration of victories

·       Lead team in making prayer an important part of day-to-day operations

Requirement

Candidate Requirements:

General Requirements

·       Hold Illinois RN License and BLS Certification

·       A committed Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord and is a participant in a local church

·       Maintains a consistent life-affirming philosophy and would never refer or advise a woman to have an abortion

·       Agrees with and be willing to uphold Caring Network’s Statements of Faith and Principle and Core Values: Humility, Mutual Respect, Sacrificial Love, Optimism, Excellence, Integrity, Mission Focus, & Perseverance

·       Enthusiastic about and committed to the mission and strategy of Caring Network

·       Comfortable with participating in leading and initiating prayer with co-workers and patients

·       Able and willing to share the Gospel, the good news of salvation whenever the occasion arises

Skills and Abilities

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·       Leadership and team-building capabilities - able to inspire and keep effective relationship with employee and partners

·       Strong Business Acumen specific to Non-Profit Industry  

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·       Accomplish goals by relying on work experience and planned judgment

·       Demonstrate progressive leadership and management skills

Education and Experience:

·       Illinois RN License

·       BLS Certification

Compensation:  $75,000-100,000/year
