As a Clinical Services Manager, you will support the DCS or VP in managing staff and ensuring high-quality patient care across assigned clinics. You will lead hiring, training, and performance management of clinical teams, oversee quality assurance initiatives, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage hiring, firing, training, performance management, and professional growth of clinical staff within your assigned region (+- 10 direct RN and RDMS direct reports). 
  • Provide direct patient care as needed to support clinical teams and ensure seamless coverage. 
  • Lead training initiatives and professional coaching to develop clinical staff within assigned clinics. 
  • Support quality assurance initiatives and manage implementation of policies and procedures in patient care, ensuring consistency and compliance. 
  • Handle complex patient care situations, escalating when necessary. 
  • Assist in community networking and relationship-building at the discretion of direct supervisor.  

Requirement

Candidate Requirements:

  • A committed Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord and is a participant in a local church 
  • Maintains a consistent life-affirming philosophy and would never refer or advise a woman to have an abortion 
  • Agree with and be willing to uphold Caring Network’s Statements of Faith and Principle and Core Values 
  • Active RN license (Illinois or ability to obtain). 
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in patient care. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health records (EHR) systems. 
  • Ability to travel as needed for supervision, clinical backup, and staff gatherings  

Education and Experience:

·       Illinois RN License

·       BLS Certification
