The Associate Sales Representative will drive growth by developing sales opportunities for church retirement plans and group medical insurance solutions to small church organizations. This role will learn and develop a consultative, strategic approach to client acquisition and relationship management, focusing on building long-term partnerships with church leadership and key stakeholders. What You'll Do:
Support, establish, and assist in maintaining and developing key relationships for aligned Sales Directors for the development of the regional territory.
Build new relationships with key advisors, brokers, consultants, and church administrators to develop and cultivate new business opportunities.
Develop and execute annual marketing plans with innovative and creative ideas to increase sales and distribution.
Identify and understand needs of key decision makers and direct efforts to provide product enhancements and service.
Deliver presentations to key stakeholders including financial professionals and industry leaders.
Leverage technology to implement marketing plans and increase Brand awareness across the assigned regional territory.
Partners with other Guidestone representatives to enhance awareness of full suite of Guidestone capabilities.
What You'll Need
0-2 years of internal or external sales experience with Group Medical Insurance, Retirement Plan/Investment industry, some history of sales success
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
FINRA Series 6 and 63
State Life and Health
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven ability to lead.
Ability to travel 30% of the time, and overnights required.
