Salem Media – Philadelphia is seeking a driven Business Development Hunter with strong digital marketing expertise to join our growing sales team. You’ll aggressively pursue new business opportunities, build client relationships, and craft customized multimedia marketing solutions (radio, digital, and events) for local and regional businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect relentlessly to identify and close new accounts
  • Develop tailored digital marketing strategies (SEM, SEO, OTT/CTV, social, email, programmatic, web, etc.)
  • Deliver data-driven presentations showcasing measurable ROI
  • Exceed monthly and annual new business goals

Requirement

Qualifications

  • Proven success in new business sales and digital marketing
  • Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem and client ROI strategies
  • Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable engaging C-level decision makers
