About the Role:
The Center Director has the critical responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the pregnancy care center. A primary goal is to positively influence clients’ choices – for the life of their babies and spiritual decisions. This is done through direct client care, as well as by ensuring excellent operations in their center. The Center Director functions harmoniously within the client interaction team, contributing to smooth functioning across all offices. We will train the right individual for this position.
Responsibilities Include:
- Key responsibility: Provide and oversee pregnancy peer counseling and support services to clients to increase positive impact in clients’ lives
- Contribute creatively alongside other ministry leaders as we respond to trends and build effectiveness in an ever-changing ministry
- Support the operation of the hotline and client lead conversions
- Provide leadership and supervision for subordinate staff
- Plan and oversee center budget and expenditures
- Create reports related to client, staff, and center needs
- Contribute to annual planning and implement goals
- Assist in marketing opportunities and fundraising events
- Engage with partnership organizations and do presentations
- Recruit, interview, train, supervise, and oversee a small number of office volunteers
- Other duties as assigned
Requirement
Candidate Requirements:
- A committed Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord and is a participant in a local church
- Maintains a consistent life-affirming philosophy and would never refer or advise a woman to have an abortion
- Agree with and be willing to uphold Caring Network’s Statements of Faith and Principle and Core Values; Humility, Mutual Respect, Sacrificial Love, Optimism, Excellence, Integrity, Mission Focus, & Perseverance
- Enthusiasm for and commitment to the mission and strategy of Caring Network
- Adheres to clinic policies and procedures
- Lead, initiate, and participate in prayer as appropriate
- Ability to share the Gospel, the good news of salvation
- Possess the ability to answer questions in alignment with the Bible
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Experienced in administration, counseling, and human services
- Strong computer skills and skilled in problem solving
- Dependable and dependent on God
- Organized, detail-oriented, flexible, harmonious, and teachable
- Calmly navigate rapidly changing priorities
- Exhibits consistent timeliness
- Works as part of a team with a positive, humble, truthful, and gentle attitude
- Must be compassionate, loving, full of respect for others, and able to leave judgment in the hands of God
- Fluency in Spanish is not required but is a plus
