About the Role:

The Bilingual (Spanish/English) Telehealth Nurse will provide patients with virtual Pre-abortion Check-ups and initiate Abortion Pill Reversal services.

 

The telecare clinic will provide scheduling and telehealth services for Caring Network’s brick-and-mortar affiliate clinics. Scheduling Agents and Telehealth Nurses serve as our first responders--communicating value and care such that potential patients schedule and show for in-person appointments.

 

Responsibilities Include:

·       Provide quality and consistent care according to core values and telehealth Standard Operating Procedures

·       Take a basic health history, educate, and schedule in-clinic appointments

·       Utilize the EMR platform (Salesforce) as well as the virtual services platform (Doxy and Call Rail)

·       Determine what the next step for the patient will be, according to the patient process, seeking guidance from supervisor if needed

·       Manage follow-up protocols with patients to ensure continuity of care and cultivate relationships

·       Participate in quality assurance process

·       Maintain communication with telehealth nurses and in-clinic patient teams

·       Adhere to all policies and procedures as applicable

·       Manage difficult conversations with patients with grace, facilitating favorable outcomes

·       Establish trust as 1st patient crisis intervention

·       Actively pray for patients and team members

·       Learn to communicate Caring Network’s mission as well as identify and celebrate Core Values whenever they are demonstrated

·       Seek personal and professional growth and learn to train others in the Telehealth Nurse role

·       Attend mandatory medical staff meetings

·       Perform additional duties as requested

 

Requirement

Candidate Requirements:

·       Bilingual in Spanish and English

·       Hold Illinois RN License and BLS Certification

·       A committed Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord and is a participant in a local church

·       Maintains a consistent life-affirming philosophy and would never refer or advise a woman to have an abortion

·       Agrees with and is willing to uphold Caring Network’s Statements of Faith and Principle and Core Values, Humility, Mutual Respect, Sacrificial Love, Optimism, Excellence, Integrity, Mission Focus, & Perseverance

·       Enthusiastic about and committed to the mission and strategy of Caring Network

·       Comfortable with participating in prayer with co-workers and patients.

·       Able or willing to learn

Compensation: $52,000-$79,000
